Enrollment to Ira ISD

Enrollment Process:

1. Create a NEW Parent Portal account. and log on. (If you are enrolling a sibling, you will log into your Parent Portal and Enroll Student)

2. Complete the New Student Enrollment Process.

3. Upload Documents

4. Submit to the School.

5. Receive Student ID, Office will issue you your Student ID to add them to your Parent Portal Account.

6. Add Student to Account.

7. Complete Registration forms once student is Active.

 

 

 

Helpful Tools:

 Required Documents to Enroll:

  • Proof of Residency - Must  be a current Gas, Water or Electric Bill, or Builder's Contract if construction is completed in less than 120 days from date of enrollment. or Lease Agreement

  • Shot Records - A student who has never attended school before or is transferring from out of state cannot be enrolled until an immunization record is provided.

  • Social Security Card

  • Birth Certificate

  • Parent/Guardian Driver’s License

  • Proof of Income - ONLY for those qualifying for Pre-K as “Educationally Disadvantaged” (which means they are eligible to participate in the National Free and Reduced Lunch Program)

  • Previous School Records (If applicable and available)

  • Other Documents pertinent to your students Enrollment

 

 

Returning Student? Check out Parent Portal!

If you are a parent of a student already enrolled in Ira ISD, you will not need to create a new Parent Portal account.  You will log into your existing account to enroll your new student.

Student Enrollment refers to the one-time process of enrolling a NEW student in the district. Ira ISD has transitioned to an online registration system. All new student enrollments will take place through parent portal. Also, most of the returning student registration forms that have been required in past years will now be found online in parent portal. We hope to have more, if not all, annual forms available online in the future. The online registration process is designed to offer a convenient way to submit registration information and to allow parent/guardians a direct way to review, confirm or edit information. The online registration securely registers student's information at a time convenient for parents and guardians.
