TWC Adaptability -
No matter what job you choose, there are some soft skills that all of you will need.
Today we will talk about one soft skill that we've all had to utilize recently: adaptability. We have had to switch from in-person classes to virtual classes, and some of us have adapted more easily than others.
No matter the circumstances, adaptability is a huge asset that employers seek when looking for prized workers. This lesson will teach that the attributes of an adaptable person can be categorized by their attitudes and actions.
Assignment:
1. Look over the first page and notice the attitudes and actions of a person who is adaptable. Notice - among other things - they are optimistic and they let go of things they cannot change (like our current situation), One important action they do it to communicate to stay current. Please make sure you are doing that with your teachers.
2. Read the information on the second page.
